Terms of Service – BaseballPets

1. Service Description

BaseballPets is a digital entertainment and personalized content service that allows the user to create themed digital souvenirs (collectible photos and short animated videos) from photos of their own pet, in a baseball theme. The service is intended for personal, recreational and social sharing use, and does not constitute a professional image editing tool, content creation software for third parties, or a generic media generation service for commercial purposes.

1.1 Acceptable Use

BaseballPets may only be used to create personalized content from photos of the user's own pet, for personal and recreational purposes. The following is expressly prohibited:

Uploading photos of people, children, third parties or animals that do not belong to the user without authorization;
Generating sexual, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive or illegal content;
Generating deepfakes, impersonations of real people, registered trademarks or third-party intellectual property;
Using the service to resell, redistribute or create derivative products at a commercial scale;
Attempting to bypass moderation filters, reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the API;
Using the service for spam, fraud, money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.

The user is solely responsible for the content they upload, for how they use the results, and for ensuring they hold the rights to the images they submit. We reserve the right to moderate, filter, refuse to process, remove or suspend accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice. Generated results are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies — they should not be used as proof, official record or in regulated professional contexts.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

To use the download and gallery features of the app, you must sign in using your Google account or email and password.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
The app uses third-party services (such as Google and database providers) to manage access. The operation of this authentication is subject to the terms of those respective platforms.

3. User-Generated Content

You keep the rights: You remain the owner of any original photo you upload.
License to Use: You grant us a purely technical permission to process, combine with our layouts and display the final image or video within the app for your own use and sharing.
Code of Conduct: It is strictly forbidden to use the app to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, infringes third-party copyrights, or contains explicit images of people or animals being mistreated. We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate this rule.

4. Intellectual Property of the App

The design of the app, the logos, the layouts, the texts and the structural graphics are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute the visual elements of the app outside the context of sharing the generated images and videos.

5. Availability and Updates

We work to keep the app running at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time, as well as release updates that may be mandatory in order to continue using the service.

5.1 Pricing

BaseballPets is currently offered free of charge. We do not sell credits, subscriptions or any paid feature inside the app at this time. Should we ever introduce paid products in the future, pricing, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed at checkout and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

6. Limitation of Liability

BaseballPets is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including but not limited to loss of data or unsaved images.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
